Scott Giles PT, DPT, MBA - Owner and President of Scorebuilders

With over 20 years of experience in licensure preparation, Dr. Giles has written and developed numerous best selling exam review books and products. He has disseminated research related to the licensing examination at the American Physical Therapy Association's Combined Sections Meeting, American Physical Therapy Association's Annual Conference and Exposition, and the American Association of Higher Education's Conference on Assessment Quality. More importantly, his work has been recognized by countless academic faculty and students as being innovative, smart, and effective.

Traci Giles PT, MS - Owner and Vice President of Scorebuilders

Traci has been involved with virtually every aspect of business operations for the last 20 years.  Whether its daily office operations, product development, teaching review courses, or collaborating with instructors and staff; Traci enjoys the many facets of her position.  "The last two decades have been exciting in terms of the growth and development of our company.  We are looking forward to what comes next!"

Danielle Cowan PT, BS, CLT-LANA - Developer

Somedays Danielle still cannot quite believe she now spends her days doing what she always thought were the best parts of working in health care. "Lecturing, writing, editing, special projects, and being creative... I never would have guessed that I could be doing all of that because I'm a physical therapist!"

Jeff Cullaton - Senior Consultant, Web and Client Systems, and Owner of Plan C Solutions

For the past four years it has been Jeff's pleasure to partner with the Scorebuilders team; delivering technical solutions including the web system that powers Online Advantage. His most recent collaboration with Scorebuilders includes a complete redesign of the CD associated with their review book. In addition to technical design and delivery, by day Jeff is an Information Solutions Business Liaison to the pharmaceutical industry, providing business demand management, strategic guidance, and technical project management.

Megan Fournier - Office Manager

The Office Manager, Megan is the first point of contact for many. While she handles the day to day functions of the office, Megan also answers the phones, processes orders, assists with billing, handles technical questions, and conquers numerous daily office procedures. Megan brings nine years of administrative experience to her position at Scorebuilders, and notes, "Everyday is a new day to offer my guidance, charisma, and problem solving skills to the many friends who call Scorebuilders." Chances are that you will speak with Megan when contacting our office, whether it be to place an order, ask a question or just share the news that you've passed the exam!
